Viability’s Starlight Center operate with a belief in the power of “recovery through work.” Members benefit from:
  • Vibrant work-ordered days where members and staff collaborate in the operation of the clubhouse
  • An employment program that offers three tiers of job placement and support
  • A social component that helps connect members with each other and create larger community connections and meaningful relationships
 
Membership is voluntary and services are designed to meet each individual’s needs. Viability clubhouses are accredited by Clubhouse International and guarantee a right to:
